The QA Program focuses on improving quality and maintaining good customer service. If used properly, The Quality Assurance Program can result with improved profitability, reduced defects, elimination of recurring punch list items and improved builder satisfaction with the quality of contractors’ work.

Builder QA Agreement
Builder hereby agrees to participate in the Illinois Quality Assurance Builder Standards Program
in return for HBAI providing the Builder with the right to utilize the program and advertise the participation in the program and provide the Builder with additional services all according to the terms set forth herein. The Builder will have the right to distribute the Illinois Quality Assurance Builder Standards for Home Building and Remodeling Manual, including the rights to use the Manual,
exhibits, advertising and marketing information and logos, in the Builders business in conjunction
with the construction or remodeling of residential units. |

Home building generates local economic impacts such as income and jobs for local residents and revenue for local governments. The downloadable reports below present estimates of the costs (including current and capital expenses) that new homes impose on jurisdictions in the area and compares those costs to the revenue generated. The results are intended to answer the question of whether or not, from the standpoint of local governments in the area, residential development pays for itself. |

Robert E. von Behren Scholarship Information & Application
We are inviting local high schools, vocational schools, community colleges and individuals to participate in the REVB Student of the Month/Student of the Year Program. The SAHBA will choose one Student of the Month, each month, January through May. The student chosen as Student of the Month will be invited, along with their parents and school representative, to attend the SAHBA General Membership Meeting in May. That student will be recognized and receive a gift that will pertain to the building industry. They will be eligible for the REVB Student of the Year Scholarship and the winner will receive a $1000 scholarship.
