Quality Assurance Program The QA Program focuses on improving quality and maintaining good customer service. If used properly, The Quality Assurance Program can result with improved profitability, reduced defects, elimination of recurring punch list items and improved builder satisfaction with the quality of contractors’ work.

Builder QA Agreement Builder hereby agrees to participate in the Illinois Quality Assurance Builder Standards Program in return for HBAI providing the Builder with the right to utilize the program and advertise the participation in the program and provide the Builder with additional services all according to the terms set forth herein. The Builder will have the right to distribute the Illinois Quality Assurance Builder Standards for Home Building and Remodeling Manual, including the rights to use the Manual, exhibits, advertising and marketing information and logos, in the Builders business in conjunction with the construction or remodeling of residential units.
